TELEVISION WRITING CONTESTS
At the present time Cloud Creek Institute For The Arts sponsors two international television writing contests through its TV Writer.Com division.
Contests include:
- People's Pilot Competition
The purpose of the People's Pilot is to bring new and original ideas to the attention of broadcast, cable and satellite TV companies. Entries should be proposals for new shows.
The People's Pilot Competition is held twice a year. The next People's Pilot opens for entries February 15, 2005 and closes June 1, 2005.
- Spec Scriptacular Competition
The purpose of the Spec Scriptacular is to reward those who are creating portfolios of "spec" screenplays and teleplays for current TV series, original Made-For-TV Movies and original pilot episodes for new shows. Entries should be full, ready-to-shoot scripts.
The Spec Scriptacular Competition is held twice a year. The current Spec Scriptacular opens for entries February 15, 2005 and closes June 1, 2005.
