  • In June of 2004 Cloud Creek Institute For The Arts sponsored A Day With Larry Brody, a one-day intensive session in which Creative Director Larry Brody shared the knowledge he has gained in over 30 years of television writing and producing with 8 eager students.

Attendees spent an informal 24 hours on the ranch, and knowledge flowed like wine - which also flowed from time to time. An educational and exciting time was had by all, and more such Days with Larry Brody and others are currently being scheduled.

  • In October and November of 2003 Cloud Creek Institute For The Arts conducted a Practical Film & TV Production Workshop both onsite at Cloud Creek Ranch and on location in Southern California. The Cloud Creek staff oversaw the prep, shooting, and post-production of an instructional video on how to get the most out of eBay, which will be available shortly by direct mail and on the web.

Cloud Creek's responsibilities included overseeing every step of the production and instructing the students in the marketing aspects, including designing the packaging for the "product" video and taking the students step by step through the manufacturing and marking process, including the creating and placing of print ads and television "spots," the establishment of an 800 phone number for orders, and the creation of a relationship with a "fulfillment house" which is responsible for the actual delivery of the VHS tape or DVD to those who order it.

  • In May and June of 2003 Cloud Creek Institute For The Arts conducted a Practical Film & TV Production Workshop both onsite at Cloud Creek Ranch and on location in Southern California. Working with new artists as students and neophyte professionals (including a video crew of two, neither over 24 years old), a pilot and 5 additional episodes for a television "lifestyle" series to be called Extreme Vintage were shot on digital video.
  • Cloud Creek's responsibilities included putting the project together for the students, supplying professional personnel and supervising it every step of the way. We have also secured the services of one of Hollywood's leading packaging agencies to aid in the sale and distribution of Extreme Vintage for network and home video presentation and have arranged for the pilot to be broadcast by Reynolds Media on Arkansas' XL7TV.
